Delivery

All TentBox models are delivered directly to your door with our trusted courier partners.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, and you’ll receive full tracking details once your TentBox has been dispatched. Due to the size and weight of rooftop tents, deliveries are made on a kerbside basis and someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign.

Please note that some TentBox items may be on back-order. If this applies to your order, we’ll be in touch straight away to confirm the estimated lead time and keep you updated until your TentBox is ready to ship.

Click & Collect

Prefer to collect in person? We offer free Click & Collect from our TentBox showrooms in Nottingham (East Midlands) and Darlington (North East). Once your TentBox is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.

If you’d like extra peace of mind, we also offer a professional fitting service in-branch for £130. Our trained team will install your TentBox and make sure it’s ready to use before you drive away.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you change your mind, you can return your item/s to us for a refund. TentBox offers its UK customers a goodwill guarantee which is more generous than your legal rights by extending your cancellation period for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our terms and conditions for online sales for more information on your right to change your mind.

If you have already booked a delivery date for your TentBox, you can help us by contacting ArrowXL and cancelling the delivery. This will usually make the cancellation process quicker on our end too.

If you are returning a TentBox, we can arrange the collection for you using our delivery partner, and a collection cost of up to £100 will be deducted from your refund.

If you tell us you’ve changed your mind about a product that hasn’t been delivered or one that we’re collecting from you, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you’re sending your product back to us, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you’ve sent it to us). Refunds are always made by the same payment method you used to place your order.
