I bought my new caravan from Kimberley because they offer special editions with extra equipment and keep brand new vans for purchase rather than sell every van as a demonstrator. Their stock is impressive and the location is easy to access with good parking. The round trip from Scotland of 250 miles was very worthwhile. Salesman David was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and handover expert Benson was a star performer.

We recently purchased our new to us caravan from Kimberley Caravans at Chesterfield. From our 1st visit until the collection of our caravan we experienced a great service. Paul W was our sales contact, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No pressured sale tactic - After ordering he kept us informed of the progress of our caravan and ensured we could collect on the arranged day after an issue with our fridge! Dave in the accessory shop was extremely helpful and honest about what we needed to set us up on our 1st caravanning adventures and even went the extra mile putting us in contact with a very reasonable mobile tow bar company. On collection day, Lance did a great, informative handover. Making us feel at ease and confident as we went on our 1st outing! Paul even made me a cup of tea!
