If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please note that awnings are ordered specially for you, and returns are only accepted in specific circumstances.

You may return your awning within 14 days of collection for a full refund if it meets all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened in the original packaging
  • In fully resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once packaging has been opened or the awning has been used, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
